Enzyme Blend (12mg per serving) - Inulinase, Lactase, Alpha-Galactosidase.
Other Ingredients: Dextrose, Dextrin, Maltodextrin.
Contains NO : gluten , milk , casein , soy , egg , artificial colors or flavors.
All ingredients are sourced from a US based manufacturer. They are blended and packaged in a US-based and FDA-registered cGMP facility.
Application & portion size
Application & portion size
Tear open a sachet and sprinkle on the triggering food just before eating. Sprinkle a second dose over the meal if you're still eating after 30 minutes.
Do not add to water - The powder works best when mixed directly with meals as water can weaken the action of the enzymes.
Chew and Enjoy - If possible, chew well so the enzymes bind to the FODMAPs and get activated immediately.
Do not heat - Avoid using the powder in cooking as the enzymes will be deactivated at very high temperatures.
Re-dose if needed - If you are eating for more than 30 minutes, we recommend giving an additional dose halfway through.

Store in a cool, dry place. Avoid getting moisture in the powder.
Fodzyme has helped me so much and given back a much needed quality to enjoying foods that otherwise have to be avoided. Being unable to digest Fructans is diifficult so I cannot recommend this product enough.

Ich benutze Fodzyme jetzt seit einigen Monaten und bin begeistert. Ich kann so vieles wieder essen und es macht mein Leben wieder etwas einfacher & besser!
Hier kommt eine langjährig Erfahrene mit IBS (und whs. SIBO, sowie Histaminintoleranz, NM-Allergien...), die teils das Gefühl hat, garnix mehr zu vertragen und spätestens 30 min. nach dem Essen mit Aufgeblasenheit, Druckgefühl, Schmerzen, grossem Unwohlsein reagiert: Das Produkt ist das Erste und Einzige, das etwas hilft und das ist schon toll! Nehme an, es liegt daran, dass erstmals die Fructane adressiert werden (Inulinase), andere Enzymprodukte sind auf z.B. Alpha-Galactosidase, Lactase limitiert. Schade, dass es so teuer ist. Wenn ich weiterhin "so vegan wie möglich" leben will, muss ich es täglich mind. einmal anwenden, sonst geht es nicht. Fleisch würde gut vertragen - es ist verrückt.
Ich hab das Produkt auf meiner Reise durch Thailand benutzt und konnte damit echt problemlos alles Essen geniessen! Sogar Street Food voller Knoblauch und Zwiebeln. Das erste Mal seit Jahren schmerzfreie und unkomplizierte Ferien! Absolut lebensverändernd, kann FODZYME nur empfehlen!
